Distribution conveyor

A distribution conveyor was the ideal solution for Terca Nova from Beerse.

The intention of the machine is to create a system whereby boxes in which clay is stored can be filled more evenly. An even filling is achieved by ejecting the material from the conveyor belt on the basis of a frequency-controlled system. A short conveyor belt is mounted transversely to the running direction of the existing installation, which ejects both forwards and backwards.

The ejection distance can be set based on the frequency control. The material must be able to be thrown right up to the corner with the walking path.
