Cookie butter installation

A cookie factory came to SMO with the problem that their capacity of the current cookie butter line as well as the buffer capacity of their installation was too low. SMO designed, built and placed a storage bunker for more than 15 tons of base material.

The bunker is automatically loaded from ground level by a tipping bin installation that is connected to the bunker by means of transport screws. Another screw inside the bunker takes out the base material to be crushed. This is then fed by weight into a mixing tank.

Thanks to the possibility of attaching a second bunker to the installation, the system is already planned for further expansion of capacity in the future.
