Automation Fin Take-off

This “automation fin take off” is a custom-made manipulator that is used to take a package of die-cut aluminum radiator fins from a production press, tilt them and put them back on a cart for later use in the production process.

These fins are very brittle and immediately fold in the event of incorrect handling, so sensitive handling was recommended. In the past everything was done manually. With 3 copies of this machine, the customer now works faster, more ergonomically and without errors.
